As part of my hunt for the greatest pizza, we made this one with Asparagus. I cooked this in roughly 2 minutes 15 seconds in my home oven.
Homemade crust
Olive Oil & Garlic Sauce
Shredded Asparagus
Light Mozzeralla
Salt
At first the flavors were too subtle, but then as we made our way into the second slice it truly became a wonderful pizza. Next time I may salt the asparagus a bit more to unlock more of its essence.
